As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you:

  • Shipping company name

Shipping Address

  • Ensure the shipping address is written correctly and clearly.
  • If there is an error in the address and the shipment returns, re-shipping will be done after modifying the data and charging shipping costs again.

  • If delivery attempts fail, the shipment may return to the warehouse, and re-shipping will be done after confirming the address and charging additional cost if necessary.

Receiving the Order

Please ensure:

  • Your presence or the presence of someone to receive on your behalf when the courier arrives
  • Inspect the product upon receipt and ensure its condition

If there is any problem, contact us directly within 24 hours.

Inspecting Order upon Receipt

We advise you to inspect the package before receiving it to ensure that:

  • The product is intact.
  • There is no damage or opening in the packaging.

If you notice any problem, contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

Changing Delivery Address
