Refund Policy

Return Conditions

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

  • If the product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • If you received a product different from the one in your order.
  • If the product is unused and in new condition with all packaging and accessories.

Products cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or opened (for reasons related to hygiene and personal care).
  • Special offers or custom orders as per the customer's wish.
  • Any product discounted as part of a "Sale".

How to Submit a Return Request

Send the order number + a photo showing the problem if the product is damaged or incorrect.

We will review the request within 24–48 hours and get back to you with details.

Refund Method

After accepting the return request:

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used.
  • The duration is from 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank or financial intermediary.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error is on our part).

Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions

You can request a product exchange within 14 days of the receipt date in the following cases:

  • If the size or type is not suitable.
  • If the product arrived with a defect, scratch, or damage.
  • If you received a different product than what was in your order.

The product must be in its original condition:

  • Unused
  • Unopened (for personal care products)
  • With complete packaging and accessories

Non-Exchangeable Products

Cannot exchange:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom orders made to customer's desire.
  • Heavy discounted or "Sale" products.

Exchange Request Steps

  • Contact customer service via WhatsApp or email.
  • Send the order number and a picture of the product (in case of a problem).
  • We will review the request within 24–48 hours and confirm the steps with you.

Shipping and Exchange

  • In case of an error on our part (different/damaged product), shipping is fully on us.
  • In case of size change or desire for a normal exchange, the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send the replacement immediately if it meets the conditions.

Timeframe

The exchange process usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the shipping company and the region.
