First: Delivery Scope

• We provide delivery to all governorates of Egypt through approved shipping companies.
• Some remote areas may require longer delivery time.

Second: Delivery Time

After we prepare your order within 24–48 hours, it is handed over to the shipping company.

• Delivery time is usually:
• 2 to 5 business days within Egypt (may increase by a day during holidays, seasons, or remote areas).

Third: Delivery Attempts

The shipping company makes two delivery attempts:

• In case of no answer or unavailability, you will be contacted to schedule a new appointment.
• If delivery attempts fail, the shipment may return to the warehouse, and re-shipping will be done after confirming the address and charging additional cost if necessary.

Fourth: Inspecting Order upon Receipt

We advise you to inspect the package before receiving it to ensure that:

• The product is intact.
• There is no damage or opening in the packaging.

If you notice any problem, contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

Fifth: Delays or Delivery Issues

• If there is any delay from the shipping company or difficulty reaching you, our team will help you follow up until you receive the order.
• We always monitor shipments to ensure they arrive on time.

Sixth: Changing Delivery Address

If you would like to change the address after the order has been shipped:

• Contact us immediately.
• We will try to update it with the shipping company if there is still time.
• If the shipment has already moved, additional fees may be calculated according to the shipping company's policy.

Seventh: In Case of Receiving Damaged Products

If the product arrived damaged or different:

• Send us photos within 24 hours.
• We will exchange it at our expense without any fees.
