Exchange Policy

At Ghofran Store, our goal is for you to receive products of the quality that suits you. If you need to exchange any product, we make the steps as easy as possible for you.

First: Exchange Conditions

You can request a product exchange within 14 days of the receipt date in the following cases:

  • If the size or type is not suitable.
  • If the product arrived with a defect, scratch, or damage.
  • If you received a different product than what was in your order.

The product must be in its original condition:

  • Unused
  • Unopened (for personal care products)
  • With complete packaging and accessories

Second: Non-Exchangeable Products

Cannot exchange:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom orders made to customer's desire.
  • Heavy discounted or “Sale” products.

Third: Exchange Request Steps

  • Contact customer service via WhatsApp or email.
  • Send the order number and a picture of the product (in case of a problem).
  • We will review the request within 24–48 hours and confirm the steps with you.

Fourth: Shipping and Exchange

  • In case of an error on our part (different/damaged product), shipping is fully on us.
  • In case of size change or desire for a normal exchange, the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send the replacement immediately if it meets the conditions.

Fifth: Timeframe

The exchange process usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the shipping company and the region.
