Refund Policy

At Ghofran Store, our goal is for you to receive the best quality products and be completely satisfied with your experience. If any problem occurs, you can rely on us to solve it easily.

First: Return Conditions

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

  • If the product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • If you received a product different from the one in your order.
  • If the product is unused and in new condition with all packaging and accessories.

Products cannot be returned in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or opened (for reasons related to hygiene and personal care).
  • Special offers or custom orders as per the customer's wish.
  • Any product discounted as part of a "Sale".

Second: How to Submit a Return Request

Contact our customer service via:

Send the order number + a photo showing the problem if the product is damaged or incorrect.

We will review the request within 24–48 hours and get back to you with details.

Third: Refund Method

After accepting the return request:

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used.
  • The duration is from 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank or financial intermediary.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error is on our part).

Fourth: Product Exchange

In case you want to exchange the product instead of returning it:

  • After inspecting it, we will send you the replacement as soon as possible.
